CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Heros offers a turn-key construction service:
- You are the owner of the land –Heros can help you through all the stages of the project starting with the design phase by producing concept designs to help you decide on the perfect project for you. We will then complete the design phase and obtain the building permit. Our experienced team can manage the construction phase and even the fine detail of furnishing the property at the end of the project
- You are not yet the owner of the land but are looking to build – we can be involved from the beginning and to help you select the land, analyze the local planning conditions and constraints and help choose the ideal location for your project
In addition, we can manage the construction process by acting as your local representation managing the construction contract. After you choose the contractor, we will follow the process for you from start to finish.
